Colin’s Story

Colin Dowler was returning to his boat parked near a logging camp in Ramsay Arm east of Campbell River. While cycling down the trail, he came across a grizzly bear.

What happened next was the single most terrifying experience of his life — the bear charged Colin. This is his incredible survival story.
